Investing in Hope, Opportunity, and Change
Halton Police Foundation (HPF), the first Ontario Police Foundation to be formed, was established with a clear vision in mind. Working in partnership with Halton Regional Police Service, community partners, donors, and other key stakeholders we would advance a united Halton in which all youth, adults, and families have an equal opportunity to thrive.
HPF is dedicated to building strong partnerships by providing funding to registered charities to support life-changing programs for underserved youth, adults, and families. Fueled by the generosity of our donors and supporters, the Foundation works alongside the people of Halton to create a community where everyone can thrive.
Our first responders have a unique understanding of the challenges faced by our community's most vulnerable members. While the police serve community members during their most difficult moments, we know that lasting change comes from working together.
